CommentI feel tired just reading your newsletter of this week (5/5) but you are right..we make our own misery ..not sure that's how you put it :>). I am doing a bit of spring cleaning as it's been a long time for some rooms. I do know how it feels that every thing is piling up however. And eventually "the funnel" gets to the light at the end of the tunnel. Planning a trip to Colorado in a month with the bus people and so our projects need to get pushed a bit harder than normally would. We've put off too much for too long. Enjoy the spring. Janet

CommentThanks for the really nice article about Maggie. I read it to her and she appreciated the good press! Laura

CommentWell, that exciting time of year has come. Lambing season has begun. Maple syrup season and lambing collided this weekend, but the syrup is finished now, and the lambs should come regularly. Two sets of triplets, two pairs, and a single are in the lambing quarters so far.

CommentWe are pretty much hermits now, Jan. It is pure ice from the cabin to the barn. We have been traveling back and forth with the kick sled. No kicking is reuired from here to the barn, because it is so icy.

CommentBetsy, if I didn't know better :>) I'd swear you were a hermit! Even us "city folks" have potholes! Enjoyed your newsletter and the story of your mother.
